I can't view pictures in my albums

If you have trouble viewing certain albums, it is most likely an installation of Norton Internet Security (2004) on your computer. NIS prevents you from viewing website larger then 500 kb. If you have several albums or a lot of pictures in the album, the result is an empty site. The problem can also occur when ordering pictures from an album.


You solve this problem by temporarily deactivate NIS by right-clicking the NIS-symbol at the bottom right corner (next to the clock) and choose "disable". This problem occures only on NIS 2004, newer versions do not have this error.

I can't add pictures

I have updated my computer with XP servicepack 2

When your adding pictures with our new picture uploader (Active X), the first time you use this you'll have to accept the installation of the active x-controller. At the top of your internet browser, below the adress bar, a yellow sign will appear. Right-click on the yellow icon and accept the use of the Active X.

I can't add pictures

I have a firewall (for instance Norton Internet Security)
If you have trouble adding pictures using G-Org, it's probably a firewall on your computer. The firewall is protecting your computer for intruders/hackers/viruses. The first time you use G-Org, your firewall will ask you if G-Org can connect to the internet. Choose YES in the dialog box. If you choose NO, you'll have to manually configurate your firewall to approve G-Org.

How do I disable my firewall?
The most common firewall programs will show an icon in the bottom right corner (next to the clock). To temporarily disable your firewall, right-click the icon and choose "disable". You may now add your pictures. Use the same procedure to enable your firewall. We recommend all our users to install a firewall. If you choose to disable your firewall, it's at your risk!
