Problems signing in as new user
If you get an error while signing up, your email adress is probably already signed up to an online account. You may either try to sign in or ask for a new password.
Send me my password.
If you have changed your email account, please contact us.

To sign in on our photo service, your internet browser
must support cookies and scripting. You may solve this problem by restore your internet browser to default settings. Choose Tools->Internet Options->Advanced. Then choose "Restore defaults" (just above the OK and Cancel buttons).


If you still can't solve the problem, please contact us on email or phone.

Uploading images
We have several different methods for uploading images from your computer to your online photo account. We want to offer our services to all users either you have a mac or pc. Our uploading images also support the most common internet browsers and operating systems.

Troubleshooting step-by-step editor.
The most common error appears if the user is not signed in. Always sign in BEFORE you start creating your gift, calendar or card . We also recommend to upload your images to an online account before you start our editor.

You also need Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer. You may check your version by choosing Help->About IE on top of your internet browser.

Sharing you pictures
If you sign up as a free member to our photo service, you may also share your pictures with friends and family. You may choose different levels of sharing, adjusting to your needs.

Recover lost pictures.
If you have lost pictures on your memorycard it's still possible to recover them by using PC Inspector Smart recovery. We have tested this software and can higly recomend it.

Our service is primarly made for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0. This is the most common internet browser. If you experience problems using Firefox, Opera or other internet browsers, you may solve this problem by changing to MS Explorer.
